The Problem
A law firm provides a privacy policy and an imprint generator for websites to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. The generator consists of text modules that provide complete imprints and privacy policies according to the specific needs of clients including important information. The texts had been translated into English before but there were a lot of errors.
The solution
We corrected the translations so that the texts sound natural and do not harm the reputation of the companies, institutions or persons using them. It is critical to translate legal texts correctly and unambiguously. Inaccurate legal texts can lead to written warnings.
